TEAM
There's a symbiotic relationship between good leadership and a good team. Restoration St. Louis has combined visionary leadership with outstanding professionals within their respected disciplines to create a successful team capable of achieving the impressive list of accomplishments you see outlined on this website.
Amrit Gill
Chairman of the BoardIn 1990, a three-family structure in the University City neighborhood which had fallen into disrepair and bankruptcy, was rescued by the Gills marking the couple's first foray into real estate.
Since then Gill has become a vanguard of urban renewal, renowned for his collected, personable leadership style and deft ability to see both the forest *and* the trees.
Gill's fearless passion has enabled Restoration St. Louis to evolve from a husband and wife team working out of an SUV to a 100+ employee enterprise owning and managing over 1000 residential apartment units.
Credits to Gill's vision include multi-million dollar renovations of architectural treasures including The Coronado, The Moolah Temple, Lindell Towers East and West, Theresa School and others.
Today, the Gills are considered one of the few major players in the now thriving revitalization of St. Louis.
