Amrit completed his undergraduate studies in History and Archaeology while attending St. Stephen’s College in Delhi, India. In 1988, he came to Washington University in St. Louis to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. During his studies, Amrit realized the convergence of two passions: his love of historic and architecturally significant properties and his mathematical analysis skills. It was during this time, he met the then Amy Harris who was to become his wife and business partner. During his career, Amrit has earned a reputation as a vanguard of urban renewal while compiling an impressive roster of redevelopment projects throughout metropolitan St. Louis and Davenport, IA.

The old saying “Behind every great man there’s an even greater woman” doesn’t accurately apply to the CEO of Restoration St. Louis’ wife and high-power teammate Amy Gill. We’d rather say, “Beside every great man there’s an equally great woman.” Amy, a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Political Science, has served as full-partner and hands-on manager for every development project undertaken with husband Amrit since their first in 1990. Amy personally supervises construction and the architectural and design details for their residential and commercial properties by working closely with architects and contractors on current projects. Gregarious by nature, Amy is a natural when it comes to navigating public, political, and press spheres.

A lifetime St. Louis native, Laura Rebbe graduated from Duke University and Washington University Law School, and practiced real estate in large corporate law firms for 26 years before joining Restoration STL. As a Senior Vice President of Development, she works with the development team both to identify projects and bring them over the finish line. She also serves as General Counsel for RSL and the various company affiliates.
Steve Brendle

With an extensive background in finance, accounting, and public purchasing, Steve holds Bachelors and Master's degree from St. Louis University. He is responsible for the accounting operation for Restoration STL and related Gill entities. A life-long St. Louisan, he is active in the community, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Nerinx High School, the only all-girls, "Blue Ribbon School" in St. Louis. Steve resides in the Clifton Heights neighborhood with his wife and daughter.

A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Peter attended Saint Louis University for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. He joined the development team in February, 2016 and conducts historic research, market analysis, and other financial work related to Restoration St. Louis's projects. In his free time he enjoys playing hockey, golf and kickball with friends and coworkers. He has been a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program since 2015 and spends time with his little brother, Robbie.
Rico Smith

Rico is a native of East St. Louis, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and served for over 23 years. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University and is currently working on his Master's Degree in Human Resources and Management. In his spare time, he relaxes by reading and learning about technology. He also enjoys hiking, fishing, and hanging out with friends.
