Amrit Gill - President & Chief Executive Officer
Amrit completed his undergraduate studies in History and Archaeology while attending St. Stephen’s College in Delhi, India. In 1988, he came to Washington University in St. Louis to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. During his studies, Amrit realized the convergence of two passions…. his love of historic and architecturally significant properties and his mathematical analysis skills. It was during this time; he met the then Amy Harris who was to become his wife and business partner. During his career, Amrit has earned a reputation as a vanguard of urban renewal while compiling an impressive roster of redevelopment projects throughout metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri, Davenport and Sioux City, Iowa.
Amy Gill - Executive Vice President
The old saying “Behind every great man there’s an even greater woman” does not accurately apply to the CEO of Restoration St. Louis as Amy Gill is a high-power teammate. We would rather say, “Beside every great man there is an equally great woman.” Amy, a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Political Science, has served as full-partner and hands-on manager for each development project undertaken with husband Amrit since their first project in 1990. Amy personally supervises construction and the architectural and design details for both residential and commercial properties by working closely with architects and contractors. Gregarious by nature, Amy is a natural when it comes to navigating public, political and press spheres.
Laura Rebbe
Senior Vice President of Development & General Counsel
A St. Louis native, Laura Rebbe graduated from Duke University and Washington University Law School. Laura had practiced real estate in large corporate law firms for 25+ years before joining Restoration St. Louis. As the Senior Vice President of Development, she works with the development team both to identify projects and bring them over the finish line. Laura also serves as general counsel to Restoration St. Louis and the various company affiliates.

Greg Steuber
Assistant vice president of development
Greg grew up in Kansas City, MO and attended the University of Kansas, where his met his wife. Greg and his wife moved to St. Louis and this is where he started his career as a Development Analyst. Ultimately where he fell in love with all the rich, historic architecture St. Louis has to offer and found a passion for real estate development and historic preservation. You can usually find Greg enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two dogs.
Rico Smith
CORPORATE Director of human resources
Rico is a native of East St. Louis, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served for over 23 years. Rico has a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and is currently working on his master’s degree in Human Resources and Management. In his spare time, he relaxes by reading and learning about technology. He also enjoys hiking, fishing, and hanging out with friends.
