We, at Restoration Saint Louis, are investing in the future and supporting the present through various real estate development programs and partnerships with both city-based and minority-owned businesses. Once neglected husks of great monuments from a bygone era are being brought back to life again with exciting new uses that range from loft apartments, restaurants, and movie theaters, to bowling alleys and luxurious boutique hotels.
Revitalizing neighborhoods is what we term “urban husbandry” namely: creating a shared vision and mission of nurturing and caring for neighborhoods from their re-birth to their becoming sustainable. This requires community support, engagement, vigilance, funding, and a buy-in from those who reside there. Our projects are much more than just a collection of rehabbed buildings but rather the shaping of a neighborhood, block by block, and creating the formation of the foundation upon which great cities thrive.
